ABOUT AEROPLAN

Aeroplan is Canada's premier rewards program for frequent flyers and credit card accumulators alike. What's more, there are over 400 Aeroplan Rewards for you to choose from, such as gourmet getaways, electronics, gas, entertainment, sporting events, even spa packages. And Aeroplan continues to add new rewards all the time.

HOW IT WORKS

As a thank you, when you transact through me, you are eligible to receive 500 Aeroplan Miles for every $10,000 in final transaction price* purchased and/or sold. (Up to 15,000 miles).

ELIGIBILITY

- You must have an active Aeroplan account. Not a member? Simply go to www.aeroplan.com to register

- You must be under contract with me solely, either under a Buyer Agency Agreement or a Listing Agreement.

- Your name must appear on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale

- If you are a buyer, your name must appear on the Land Registry system at closing to be eligible for the Aeroplan Miles.

- Only one Aeroplan Member can be rewarded with Aeroplan Miles per transaction.

- The property must be a residential property located in Ontario, being bought or sold.

- Client referrals by other agents may not eligible. Please inquire for details.

WHAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO

When your eligible real estate transaction closes, you will receive 500 Aeroplan Miles for every $10,000 of the final transaction price** purchased and/or sold. For example, if you sell your home for $300,000, then you will receive 15,000 Aeroplan Miles for using my services. To arrange for Aeroplan Miles to be applied to your active Aeroplan account, I will complete the forms necessary and inform Aeroplan within 15 business days from the close date. There is nothing else you have to do. Aeroplan will then process your reward miles and add them to your account. Please note that you can only be rewarded Aeroplan Miles after the close date of your real estate transaction. Enjoy!
